Al-Huda Online Quran Academy — Terms of Service & Refund Policy

To all students and parents using Al-Huda Online Quran Academy services:

By registering yourself or your child for online classes at Al-Huda Online Quran Academy, you agree to the following Terms of Service (TOS) and Refund Policy:

  1. Trial & Enrollment:
After successfully completing the free trial or evaluation class, you must decide whether to continue with the regular paid classes.

  2. Fee Payment:
Fees are paid in advance on a monthly basis. Our system automatically tracks the number of completed lessons and generates a new invoice once the month’s lessons are completed.
(Example: If a student takes 3 classes per week, totaling 12 lessons per month, and finishes the last lesson on December 7th, a new invoice will be issued on December 7th.)

  3. Overdue Payments:
Classes may be paused or discontinued if payment is delayed for more than 7 days without a valid reason.

  4. Class Hold / Reservation:
If you wish to pause your classes but keep your time slot and teacher reserved, a full monthly fee will be charged to hold your slot.

  5. Leaves and Make-Up Policy:

    • All leaves from the student’s side are considered paid, as the reserved slot cannot be given to another student.

    • Make-up classes are not provided for more than 5 days of leave.

    • Missed classes due to student absence may or may not be rescheduled, depending on teacher availability.

    • The system automatically adjusts invoice dates for missed classes when applicable.

  6. Absence Without Notice:
If a student misses a class without prior notice (except emergencies), it will be marked absent and no make-up class will be arranged.

  7. Class Cancellation Notice:
To cancel or reschedule a class, you must inform us via WhatsApp or Email at least 6 hours in advance to be eligible for a make-up session.

  8. Prolonged Absence:
If a student remains absent for more than two weeks without prior notice, their classes may be permanently canceled, and no refund will be issued.

  9. Privacy & Safety:
Do not share any personal or financial information (phone number, email, address, or payment details) with any teacher. Al-Huda Online Quran Academy will not be responsible for any misuse.

  10. Teacher Replacement:
The Academy reserves the right to change teachers when necessary to maintain teaching quality.

  11. Teacher Transition:
If a teacher resigns or is terminated, a new teacher will be assigned. Students should not continue communication with former teachers.

  12. Annual Fee Revision:
Fees may be increased by approximately 10% annually based on the Gregorian calendar year.

  13. Payment Discussions:
Students or parents are not allowed to discuss payments directly with teachers. The Academy is not responsible for any losses due to such actions.

  14. Fee Variations:
The Academy reserves the right to modify student fees in accordance with updated policies and terms.

  15. Eid Holidays:
Eid holidays (on both Eids) are paid leaves for teachers and are included in the monthly fee. No make-up classes or refunds are provided for these days.

  16. Policy Updates:
Al-Huda Online Quran Academy may update or revise these Terms of Service and Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.

  17. Applicability:
These Terms of Service and Refund Policy apply to all registered students of Al-Huda Online Quran Academy.
