Al-Huda Online Quran Academy — Terms of Service & Refund Policy
To all students and parents using Al-Huda Online Quran Academy services:
By registering yourself or your child for online classes at Al-Huda Online Quran Academy, you agree to the following Terms of Service (TOS) and Refund Policy:
Trial & Enrollment:
After successfully completing the free trial or evaluation class, you must decide whether to continue with the regular paid classes.Fee Payment:
Fees are paid in advance on a monthly basis. Our system automatically tracks the number of completed lessons and generates a new invoice once the month’s lessons are completed.
(Example: If a student takes 3 classes per week, totaling 12 lessons per month, and finishes the last lesson on December 7th, a new invoice will be issued on December 7th.)Overdue Payments:
Classes may be paused or discontinued if payment is delayed for more than 7 days without a valid reason.Class Hold / Reservation:
If you wish to pause your classes but keep your time slot and teacher reserved, a full monthly fee will be charged to hold your slot.Leaves and Make-Up Policy:
All leaves from the student’s side are considered paid, as the reserved slot cannot be given to another student.
Make-up classes are not provided for more than 5 days of leave.
Missed classes due to student absence may or may not be rescheduled, depending on teacher availability.
The system automatically adjusts invoice dates for missed classes when applicable.
Absence Without Notice:
If a student misses a class without prior notice (except emergencies), it will be marked absent and no make-up class will be arranged.Class Cancellation Notice:
To cancel or reschedule a class, you must inform us via WhatsApp or Email at least 6 hours in advance to be eligible for a make-up session.Prolonged Absence:
If a student remains absent for more than two weeks without prior notice, their classes may be permanently canceled, and no refund will be issued.Privacy & Safety:
Do not share any personal or financial information (phone number, email, address, or payment details) with any teacher. Al-Huda Online Quran Academy will not be responsible for any misuse.Teacher Replacement:
The Academy reserves the right to change teachers when necessary to maintain teaching quality.Teacher Transition:
If a teacher resigns or is terminated, a new teacher will be assigned. Students should not continue communication with former teachers.Annual Fee Revision:
Fees may be increased by approximately 10% annually based on the Gregorian calendar year.Payment Discussions:
Students or parents are not allowed to discuss payments directly with teachers. The Academy is not responsible for any losses due to such actions.Fee Variations:
The Academy reserves the right to modify student fees in accordance with updated policies and terms.Eid Holidays:
Eid holidays (on both Eids) are paid leaves for teachers and are included in the monthly fee. No make-up classes or refunds are provided for these days.Policy Updates:
Al-Huda Online Quran Academy may update or revise these Terms of Service and Refund Policy at any time. The latest version will always be available on our website.Applicability:
These Terms of Service and Refund Policy apply to all registered students of Al-Huda Online Quran Academy.
